We are the only credit management organisation with a Foundation that directly supports Australia’s most financially vulnerable communities. Our aim is to improve Australia’s financial resilience with a focus on youth and young adults. We believe that improving accessibility to financial literacy programs and education will help to equip them with the skills, knowledge and resilience to make informed financial decisions when the time comes.
Our Foundation was established by the Founding Directors of Panthera Finance Group in 2018. We support non-profit organisations that share our purpose of improving financial resilience in the communities we operate in.

How we offer support
We support Australian non-profit organisations who have been carefully selected to enable our Foundation to deliver meaningful impact. We believe they are all successful in delivering on our focus, with proven sustainable and effective outcomes.
Our two methods of support include:
- Our Grant Program, where we provide funding to non-profit organisations to support their programs and initiatives that deliver on our focus.
- Workplace Volunteering, where PFG employees are supported with fully paid volunteer leave to donate their time and professional skills to help our charity partners pursue their important work.
